The Constitution

Welcome to The Constitution. Or the Conny, once we’ve got to know each other. Sitting pretty on the Regent’s Canal, we’re a proper Camden pub through and through. Three floors, two bars, a rooftop terrace and plenty of little corners to make your own.

We take our food very seriously. Our kitchen, headed up by Head Chef George, serves a seasonal British menu built around the best produce and everything we reckon pub food should be about. Perfect for long lunches, picky bits over a pint, hearty plates or the full Sunday roast treatment.

Behind the bar, there’s a well-stocked line-up of draught beers and lagers, an excellent wine list, seasonal cocktails and a lengthy list of alcohol-free favourites. No one’s getting stuck with a sad lime and soda around here.

Got something worth celebrating? Our rooftop and Canal Bar can be hired for birthdays, parties, work dos and whatever else you reckon deserves a few bottles on ice.

Right, Christmas. We love it, and we’re not exactly subtle about it.

We’ll have the pub dressed up, the kitchen going full festive and enough fizz, pints and mulled things behind the bar to see you through December rather nicely.

Come in for Christmas drinks, get everyone round the table for dinner or take over one of our spaces and have the place (well, part of it) to yourselves.

Ahh, the weekend’s main event. We don’t mess about with Sundays.

Big plates, crisp roasties, seasonal veg and, of course, a monster Yorkie, plus plenty of gravy. There’s something for the meat eaters, veggies and vegans, plus our sharing roasts if you’re coming hungry and bringing reinforcements.

Add a Bloody Mary, find yourself a spot by the canal and that’s your ideal Sunday sorted.

Just a word of warning: we do sell out, so booking ahead is a wise move.
